Weight Loss Diet
When trying to manage weight, there are many approaches one can
take. However the best goal is to choose a healthy eating plan
that you are able to follow over the long run.
As a general guideline, choose foods that are high in fibre, low in
refined sources of carbohydrate, and high in fruits and vegetables.
Avoid fried foods and be sure to include lean sources of protein such
as chicken, fish and lean meat. For many, eating small frequent meals
every 3-4 hours can be helpful. Just remember, the key is balance.
